I appreciated Bill's respect for my home within the first few seconds of his arrival when he removed his outdoor shoes! He set up and carried out the chimney sweep with great care and efficiency, completing the process within an hour and without any mess.
I was extremely impressed and reassured with Bill's evaluation of my chimney following the sweep and the subsequent certificate. I'm also pleased that I won't have to remember to contact Bill next year since I will be on his electronic system - a great service!

We remember the way our parents had their chimneys swept and this is nothing like that.....no covers are required as soot & debris is sucked away in an instant into a large vacuum sealed over the fireplace itself.
So impressed with the service and the courteousness.
The days of the brushes up the chimney, black soot, floor covers and a soot covered sweep leaving the house seem long gone with Bill Wilson’s service.
