Night of Champions Entry Form

The entry fee is $100 for each class or division entered. No additional entry fee will be charged for Mixed Pairs category if both participants are registered in other division. Competitors may compete in as many divisions as they would like and are eligible for (i.e. Open & Masters, Physique & Bodybuilding, etc). Washington State sales tax will be added for Empire Classic and Night of Champions entries. True Novice classes are for those who have never competed in the entered division previously. All competitors must have a valid 2015 NPC Card in order to compete. The cost for the card is $120 and can be purchased at check-ins with cash or check (no credit cards). Please note that NPC cards run January 1st – December 31st. Any cards purchased in 2014 will not be valid for these events.
